A: Minor signs of use such as light scratches or wear
B: Visible signs of use such as scratches or marks, with no impact on functionality
C: Heavy signs of use such as noticeable scratches, stains, or wear
Authenticity & Inspection
This product is a 100% authentic pre-owned luxury item. Each item is carefully inspected and authenticated by a Korean Professional Authenticator prior to sale.
Due to the nature of pre-owned items, there may be signs of use that are not fully visible in photos. Actual color and condition may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions and screen resolution.
An authentication certificate (digital and/or printed) may be provided depending on the item.
Returns & Refund Policy
Return Period: Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
Return Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original components (box, dust bag, cards, accessories, etc.).
Non-Returnable Cases: Returns will be rejected if tags/labels/serial stickers are removed, or if damage is caused by the customer.
Refund Currency & Fees: Refunds are issued in USD. Payment gateway fees and exchange rate differences may be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping & Duties:
Change of mind: Return shipping and duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Seller fault/defect or counterfeit confirmed: Seller covers return shipping and duties/taxes.
