Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all products sold by ThinkerValue Co., Ltd., including General Products and Pre-Owned Luxury Items.
Please carefully review the section relevant to your purchase before requesting a return.

1. General Products (Non-Luxury Items)

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 99% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be sent to:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care & beauty products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

If you need a different item, please return the original item first.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Refunds (General Products)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

  • Refund amount = purchase price minus 99% restocking fee.

  • If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

2. Pre-Owned Luxury Items (Used / Second-Hand Luxury Goods)

Due to the high value and authentication-sensitive nature of pre-owned luxury items, stricter return conditions apply.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • No returns are accepted after 5 days, under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be in exactly the same condition as received
    (unused, no scratches, stains, odor, or damage)

  • Include all original components, such as:

    • Box

    • Dust bag

    • Cards

    • Accessories

    • Authentication certificate (if included)

  • Have all tags, labels, and serial stickers fully intact

  • Any customer-caused damage may result in rejection or partial refund deduction.

Refund Currency & Fees

  • Refunds are issued in USD (U.S. Dollar) only.

  • Payment gateway fees (PayPal/PG) and currency exchange differences are borne by the customer.

  • Refund amount = purchase price in USD minus applicable fees.

Return Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • Change of mind:
    Customer pays return shipping, duties, and taxes.

  • Seller fault / defect:
    Seller pays return shipping, duties, and taxes.

  • Authenticity dispute (counterfeit confirmed):
    Seller covers full refund + round-trip shipping + duties/taxes.

Authenticity Guarantee & Disputes

  • All luxury items are authenticated prior to shipment.

  • If authenticity is questioned, verification will be conducted via:

    • Third-party authenticators

    • Brand guidelines

    • Platform-recognized authentication methods

  • If confirmed counterfeit:

    • Full refund issued

    • All related costs covered by the seller

Return Procedure (RMA Process)

  1. Email thinkervalueltd@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos

  3. Receive RMA approval and return instructions

  4. Ship using designated courier

  5. Inspection upon arrival → refund issued if conditions are met

Duties & Taxes Notice

  • Import duties/VAT paid at delivery may not be refundable, depending on local regulations.

  • For change-of-mind returns, duties and taxes remain the customer’s responsibility.

Authentication Certificate

  • Issued in English

  • Provided as digital soft copy (email) and/or printed hard copy

  • Each luxury item is authenticated before shipment
